I. Call to order
Cody Sloat called to order the regular meeting of the PPA at 6:00 pm on September 29, 2015 at Life Science III, Room 1059 (Auditorium).
II. Open issues
Officers need to pay dues
Extern applications are due on October 9th
Decals are available for members and officers. Please see Cody Sloat for more information
III. New business
a) Rachel Van Den Broek spoke to the group about the UIC College of Pharmacy program.
b) Facebook group was distributed via e-mail
c) St Jude Fundraiser for Up til Dawn is on November 7th. Teams of 6 people must raise $600 ($100 per person). If you have questions contact Kelsey Koenig (kelseykoenig@siu.edu) or Nolan Frisch (nfrisch@siu.edu)
d) VA hospital in marion: Volunteer opportunities for that over thanksgiving break. As of now, spots have been filled but look out for more information on that via e-mail in case cancellations occur.

I. Call to order
Tanya Rajamahanty called to order the regular meeting of the PPA at 5:57 on September 15, 2015 at Life Science III, Room 1059 (Auditorium).
- Open issues
- Officers need to pay dues ASAP
- Logos are ready and will be available for Distribution soon
- Looking for new venues for possible fundraiser event this semester
II. New business
- Mark Meurer presented the group with information on the RMED program
- Facebook group created. Link will be distributed via e-mail
- Trips: Looking into trip in October over Fall Break. More details to come as information becomes available.

Cody Sloat called to order the regular meeting of the PPA at 6:03 pm on September 1, 2015 at Life Science III, Room 1059 (Auditorium).
II. Open issues
a) Social Media/Reach out: Orgsync website was down. Working on fixing that. Facebook page will be recreated
b) Officers need to pay dues ASAP
c) Fundraiser ideas: TBD
d) T-shirts: Looking into attitude designs. Haley is looking into pricing. Cody will provide samples of logos and voting on logos will be at a later date
III. New business
a) Pre-Pharmacy and Pre-Optometry Chairs open. Elections for positions TBD
b) Cookout: Possible Cookout? Looking into availability of a venue. Location and pricing for food and other items to be determined later. Possible joint event between PPA/SSA to split cost
c) Trips: No trips planned for this semester. October: Volunteering for job shadowing with VA hospital (St Louis). Transportation provided.
d) Volunteering: Looking into more opportunities for Habitat for Humanity, Adopt-a-Spot, Humane Society, and St. Francis shelter.
e) New FaceBook page to be made (Biographies and professional attire photos were discussed as possible content for site
